Crash at Startup

I keep getting an error when I startup and it ends up crashing.. Can anyone help? Here's the error.

Hello,

For some reason Windawesome cannot open the explorer.exe process so the SystemTrayWidget cannot work. Try removing it in the first config file from the list of Widgets and then it should run. I am not sure why this might be happening - did you try restarting the computer? This normally fixes the issue.
